The Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) were introduced in October 2021 with the intention to help consumers obtain appropriate financial products by requiring financial product issuers and financial advisers to have a consumer-centric approach to designing and distributing products.

To help meet these obligations, when investing directly on behalf of an investor, we have added a series of questions that must be answered before providing access to each product’s application form.
